A longtime resident of Edmonds, Laurie spent her formative years hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing in Montana.  After a career in healthcare, she brings love of being active outdoors to Edmonds Montessori School where she has been an assistant teacher since 2022.  She looks forward to sharing her love of learning and enjoys the days she works with the kids.  She has a B.S. and M.S. in exercise physiology but spent her career in medicine and teaching medical students.  She is open to conversations about the Montessori students and their progression in school.
